Shipping is added at checkout:
UK - Royal Mail Tracked - £5
EU - currently paused- see below***
Everywhere else (this includes USA) - Royal Mail International Tracked - £12
USA shipping
I’m happy to announce that US shipping is back, and you won’t be paying any additional tariffs or fees!
My work is classed as original art and is exempt from tariffs. I have resumed shipping to the US and am happy to say the parcels have been reaching buyers without any additional fees or customs complications :)
EU shipping
***update as of August 12th: EU shipping is paused again because of MORE new regulations. Hoping this will be temporary! Thanks for your understanding
Payment options
My website uses Stripe to securely process all major credit/debit cards. Apple Pay and PayPal are also accepted.
import fees on international orders
If you order from outside of the UK you MAY be charged customs fees, import fees, or taxes upon arrival depending on the import regulations in your country. This is the responsibility of the buyer to be aware of this and to pay any fees.
US orders shouldn’t incur any additional fees as my prints are exempt from the new tariffs (see US shipping section above)
Arrival times
Orders are usually shipped out within one week. When I dispatch the order you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. UK orders should arrive within one week after dispatch and International orders can take anywhere from 1-3 weeks.
You can track your order using the tracking number provided in the confirmation email. If it has been longer than the estimated times above feel free to email me and I will look into it further.
Returns
I do not accept returns so please read the product description and details carefully before you purchase.
In the unlikely event that the piece is an issue with your order - for example, it is damaged during transit - please email me and I will of course send a replacement or offer a refund. If this is the case please keep any damaged packaging/artwork as I will ask for pictures to see what went wrong.
Giving as a gift
If you are buying something as a gift and would like it sent straight to the recipient just make sure to enter their name + address as the shipping address and your information in the payment section. I will send it straight to them. When I pack the order I don’t include any invoice or receipt with the price on it so no need to worry about that! The receipt and tracking information will be emailed to whichever email you provided at checkout.
If you would like me to include a message/note for them feel free to email me and let me know what you want me to write. Make sure you do this either before or right after you place the order as sometimes I dispatch orders the same day!
